SHIPPING POLICY

Roughsmoke ships product from it's own stock holding where possible.

If in the event your item is not in stock we shall contact the manufacturer and ask for an ETA of stock to our office. In stock items will be shipped within 48 hours of payment clearance.

We shall then notify you by email about any expected delay that you may have on your order as it will be drop-shipped as soon as ready. If we hear back from you (Within 12 hours of the email) and you want to cancel, a full refund will be made of the order.

Should we not receive a reply from you, We will understand the order is to proceed and we will send you the tracking number for your item once the item/s dispatches.

***WHEELS***

We offer such a great discount on the various ranges of wheels. However the true cost of shipping when sending wheels to our customers differs greatly. An 18'' Wheel for example from four different ranges can vary greatly in their exact weight. Therefore shipping for wheels is billed separately when the goods are ready for dispatch. We will offer pricing for DHL, EMS, SAL, and SURFACE options.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

​Items shipped to customers outside of Japan and not eligible for return under our in house returns policy. In the event of a damaged item we request that prior to a purchase being made you contact us so that we can arrange an insurance included price  for you should you worry about your item/s being damaged in future shipping.
